When you browse a digital menu or place an order via the SpotTab platform or any of its associated subdomains (collectively, the “Platform”), we collect limited information necessary to fulfill your request.
- Interaction Data: Basic details of your order and any identifying information (such as name) you choose to provide to the Merchant.
- Technical Identifiers: We utilize proprietary session-management technologies, including cookies and browser-based storage, to maintain your cart and technical connectivity.
- System Performance: We automatically log non-identifiable technical data to monitor system integrity and security performance.
2. Data Usage
Your data is processed exclusively to:
- Transmit your requests to the Merchant's operations.
- Facilitate secure payment routing via our industry-standard financial partners.
- Provide diagnostic and security monitoring for the Platform.
3. Financial Privacy
All sensitive financial data is handled by external, PCI-compliant processing partners. SpotTab does not store, nor do we have access to, your full payment card details or security codes.
4. Data Disclosure
We disclose your order information to the Merchant to enable their physical fulfillment of your request. We do not sell or lease guest data to third-party marketing entities. We may utilize aggregated, non-identifiable data to improve Platform performance.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to provide the core service. We may also utilize standard third-party analytics and diagnostic tools to monitor platform health and usage trends.
