SpotTab collects and processes information necessary to provide a secure and efficient hospitality management experience across all associated digital properties and subdomains (collectively, the “Platform”).

Identity Data: Contact information and business credentials provided during account registration.
Operational Data: Information regarding store configurations, menu management, and performance metrics. To ensure Platform integrity and consumer protection, we also monitor and verify that digital menu pricing maintains parity with your physical in-store menus.
Automatic Data: We automatically collect technical data including IP addresses, device identifiers, and browser behavior via advanced logging and diagnostic tools.

2. Use of Data & Analytics

We process your data to maintain the Platform and provide business insights.

Platform Performance: We use industry-standard monitoring and logging services (such as Datadog and similar) to ensure system uptime and identify technical issues.
User Behavior: We utilize third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how Merchants interact with our dashboard and to improve the user experience.
Intelligence: We may aggregate data to generate proprietary business intelligence and performance benchmarks.
